Katie Fong’s love affair with beautiful clothing began when she was child of 6 hanging out at her grandparents’ dry cleaning business in Greenwich; she’d spend hours drawing pictures of the exquisite evening gowns she saw there. Now, at 23, after attending the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan and doing a three-year apprenticeship at Oscar de la Renta, she’s got a studio in New York and a blossoming fashion career.
